Grilled Buffalo Chicken Thighs

chicken thighs

Avocado or Olive Oil

lime zested over both sides of chicken
Texas Rub or Your Favorite SPG Mix
Buffalo Sauce

stick butter

cup
hot sauce
1/2

garlic powder
1/2
tsp
black pepper
1/2
tsp

tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
chipotle powder

tsp
Worcestershire Sauce

heavy cream
SPG Rub

Instructions
Trim chicken to your preference
Coat lightly with oil
Season as desired and add lime zest to each side
Melt butter then add hot sauce. Add seasonings and turn off heat. Add cream and let sit.
Cook over indirect heat for 10 minutes, then move over the coals/heat turning every 5 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Move chicken to cooler side and sauce both sides.
Place on pan and add final sauce coating before serving.
