3 ingredients: Butter, chicken and simple seasoning.

Pan Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2-3 Pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast or Thigh
- 1-2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Alpha Rub Seasoning More if desired
Instructions
- Heat pan over medium heat. Add olive oil & butter.
- Season both sides of chicken with Alpha Rub.
- When oil and butter are hot, add chicken to pan and cook for 4 minutes.
- Carefully turn chicken over and cook another 4 minutes or until done.
- When done, return chicken to plate or pan and allow to cool 3 minutes.
