Hawaiian-Inspired Grilled Chicken

Today, we’re going to be making a delicious Hawaiian-inspired grilled chicken recipe that’s perfect for your next summer barbecue or just a weekday dinner with a tropical twist.

Hawaii is known for its beautiful beaches, tropical climate, and delicious food, and this recipe brings a taste of the islands straight to your backyard. It’s easy to make and perfect for a casual get-together or a special occasion.

What makes this chicken special is the delicious flavor and it only needs one ingredient for the marinade and seasoning… Teriyaki sauce.

To get the most flavor from this recipe, you need to marinate your chicken overnight. Since we are grilling our chicken over direct heat, a chicken thigh is ideal. The thigh is a much more forgiving cut of meat than the breast.

Serve chicken over rice, topping with some of the sauce.
